Mother Stuck in Beach Chairs - Marriott
July 2011. This nesting loggerhead sea turtle was found stuck in the beach chairs of the Harbor Beach Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale FL.

We also filmed this happen twice in 2010 at this same location with endangered green sea turtles which we were able to help rescue with officers from FWC.

This video was filmed in total darkness using infrared cameras. Do not approach nesting females. If you see a nesting female in trouble. Call FWC 888-404-FWCC (3922)
