Sea Turtle's on the Road FT 24
On June 24th 2011, STOP founder Richard WhiteCloud arrived at nest FT 24 to find 110 loggerhead sea turtle hatchlings racing towards the intersection of Sunrise Blvd and A1A. He got there just in time.

This happens every night in Broward County Florida during sea turtle hatching season. 1 in every 3 go to lights of the city instead of the ocean. For a live map and to learn more, please visit the SeaTurtleOP website.
